End of Service Bonus

Equivalent up to one month salary. 

 

Accommodation
All Hospitals provide Employees with furnished free accommodation or Housing Allowance.

 
Annual Leave

40 to 50 calendar days per annum. Economy class air tickets to home country once a year.  

 
Cost of Travel

Economy class tickets from and to the point of hire.

 


T E R M S  &  C O N D I T I O N S

 


Contract Period

Contracts are for a period of one to two years, practice varies by Hospitals. Contract renewable for one year periods.


Hours of Work

8 Hours a day / 6 days a week (off Friday)

 
Probation Period

Most Hospitals apply the practice of three month probation period.

  
Family Contract

Male Doctors and some Senior Staff are eligible to a Family Contract which covers spouse and (in most cases one) child under 18 years. Economy class air tickets to and from the point of hire, yearly home leave tickets and school fees (limeted amount) are paid for the eligible dependants.

Employment History

 

·          Please ensure the following info is given for all jobs held over the past 8 years- the rest can brief overviews only.

-    Hospital name, type (eg public, private, teaching, acute, tertiary services), bed size and location

-    Ward/ Unit info: explain the type and size of unit, case mix, demographic mix (eg male, female or mixed ward? Adults, paeds or both?)

NB: If you have worked in the same hospital for a number of years but in different wards/ areas, break this down into dates and wards starting with the most recent first

 

For OR nurses – list number of theatres, which surgeries you work in mostly and what OR areas you cover (scrub, scout, PACU, anesthetics)

 

For ER nurses- how many presentations do you get on average daily, annually? What type of presentations? Major trauma? Walking wounded? How many beds/ bays?

 

For MW's – how may deliveries does your hosp do yearly? Describe the unit, is it MW or Dr led? What area of MW do you work in? If you rotate, how often? If you are in DU – monthly number of personal deliveries? Types of deliveries ? Do you suture?

Project:                        NURSES  for ITALIAN HOSPITALS

Location:                      Major North Italian cities

Duration:                     2 up to 3 years

Contract Type:             Full-time (renewable)

Starting Date:              After documents processing (4 months)

Monthly Salary:            EURO 1,090 (38 hours weekly, 165 hours monthly)

13 Salary:                    EURO    845

Night Shift Pay:            EURO   0.79 / per hour

Benefits:                      Holiday: 26 Days (13 days at nurse' decision, 12 days on Employer decision)
